DIGINET / PAPAGEORGIOU ATH. - PAPAGEORGIOU CHRYS. O.E. started its operation in April 2013 and is a continuation of the individual company "DIGINET" PAPAGEORGIOU CHRYS. ATHANASIOS, founded in Larissa in May 1998, with the aim of activation in the cash registers market, representing the cash machines and POS systems of the OMRON manufacturer. The DIGINET quickly developed an extensive reseller network for OMRON cash machines, which supports high quality both in terms of sales and in terms of technical support. The development was achieving rapid growth of sales year on year and making the company a major supplier for the Greek market.
In November 2004 DIGINET undertakes the exclusive distribution in Greece, for the products of German company QUORION DATA SYSTEMS GMBH and in April 2005 acquired the first approval for distribution QUORION CR30T2 cash register in the Greek market. From then until today has advanced to the acquisition of several new models and has placed in the Greek market more than 20,000 QUORION Cash Machines.
In 2009 starts the exclusive distributor for the Greek market of the Bulgarian company CARAT ELECTRONICS AD and in the end of that year becomes the first approval for distribution of Cash Register CARAT FAVOURITE and CARAT MOBILE, strengthening its presence in the distribution of Cash Register Machines in Greece. In 2010 gets the first approval for the Fiscal Mechanism CARAT SIGN opening a new field of activity.
In 2009 it is a landmark in the progress of the company due to the completion of the relocation of a privately owned office building with excellent infrastructure for further development of the second decade of its activity.
With the installation of the company in a private space, expanding its activities in the IT market by opening an IT shop '' U '' ( 'You' - retail chain of the largest IT Company in Greece Infoquest) and assuming the representation and the authorized Service for Larissa IT products and PBXs of SAMSUNG company. Alongside the DIGINET is Hewlett Packard Preferred Partner for large format printers Plotters for the area of interest and specialized in the applicable General support - service of HP PLOTTERS.
DIGINET OE approved in 2013 the most comprehensive range of cash registers QUORION QMP52, carat leader, carat perfect, carat sign plus according to the new standards for engines ready for online sending data when it is decided and continues its successful course as a renowned supplier for Cash Registers in Greek market.
From the beginning of the 2015 undertakes for the Greek market to represent the well-known Italian manufacturing company CUSTOM SPA and immediately start the distribution of Thermal Printers and POS CUSTOM. A little later, in mid-2015 DIGINET O.E. is authorized importer of ZEBRA, offering a wide range of thermal printers, labels of printers, labels of industrial printers, known as Bar Code Scanner MOTOROLA SYMBOL and the full range of ZEBRA products.
